Chad Williams is a lifelong resident of DeKalb County, second generation real estate agent and entrepreneur. He is a graduate of Fort Payne High School. 

Chad became a licensed REALTOR®️ in 2005 and obtained his brokers license in 2007.

Chad has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation (this designation is held by less than 3% of real estate agents in the country), the certification for Internet professionalism (e-PRO), and Graduate, REALTOR®️ Institute (GRI) designation.

Chad has previously served as Treasurer of the DeKalb County Association of Realtors as well as Secretary of the North Alabama Council of Residential Specialists.

Chad is a member of the DeKalb County Association of Realtors (DCAR), Alabama Association of Realtors (AAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
